Olivier Nana Nzépa
ICT lecturer with the Advanced School of mass communication (University of Yaounde) and Professor/Consultant in Public Management at the Institute Superieur de Management Public (Yaounde- Cameroon) Dr. Olivier NANA NZEPA is holder of a Ph.D. in communication from University of Montreal (Canada); a M.A. in International relations from ENAP (Montreal); a M.A in Business management (H.E.C. Montreal); a M.sc in communication (University of Montreal) and a Bachelor in journalism from University of Yaoundé (Cameroon).
Member of the UN Working Group on Internet Governance (WGIG), he just completed for the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) the Cameroon NICI plan (National Infrastructure for Communication). He serves as ICT Expert for: UNDP; UNESCO;UNECA; CIDA; Francophonie, Atos KPMG consulting. He is Researcher for LINK and Africa Management network, co-author of Management and Change in Africa, Routledge, London, 2004.
