Khlilullah Qazi has been the WSIS Coordinator for the Asian Group since September 2003. He holds a Masters in International Public Policy from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, USA. He has been Deputy Head of Mission/Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to UN in Geneva since May 2002. Before that, he served as Deputy Head of Mission/First Secretary at the Embassy of Pakistan in Kiev, Director of General Services at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Director for Western Europe at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Deputy Head of Mission/First Secretary at the Embassy of Pakistan in Ashgabat, and Third and then Second Secretary at the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow.
